If you stick to a low fat and bland diet, you shouldn't need the tablets that often, just take them when its really bad. I'm afraid you're going to have to be really strict with yourself hun :( If things don't seem to be getting better I'd definately go back and ask for a quicker appointment though xxxx

Hugs Hun, I'd see if they can speed things up a bit but as bobs said really. I'd give the diet a good go, its better than popping pill after pill and from the little I know its the thing that does seem to help gallstones

I hope you feel better soon. A low fat diet is the only way to go really (it's pants thought :()Even after the scan it's the only thing they will recommend as the next step is surgery anfd they generally won't do that until 6 weeks after the baby is born. If it's really severe they will do it a few days afterwards and if your in the really early stages they might do it while you are pregnant but i think your talking under 12 weeks.
